A Basic report on up to five of your accounts, after the one or two weeks of capture you chose. A new account has no history, so the report covers what we actually captured, never less and never a guess.
Keep the report either way. If it is worth paying for, confirm the plan and we send you an invoice once the free report is done; the plan starts from the next period. There is no payment step: we never ask for a card or account number. If not, we stop.
You send the handles you want watched. We start capturing, and after one or two weeks, whichever you choose, you get a free Basic report on up to five of them, complete and the same one a Basic client receives. It is not a teaser version. If it is not worth paying for, you keep it anyway and we stop. If you want to continue, confirm the plan and we send an invoice for the first period after the free report. There is no payment gate: we never ask for your card or account number, we invoice you directly.
No. We only read what is published publicly, and we never ask for a login, a password or an integration with your own channels. That is also why we can watch competitors at all.
One account on one platform. The same brand on two platforms is two profiles. Your own accounts count too if you want them benchmarked alongside the others, which most people do.
Yes, at any point, and it takes effect from the next period. Be aware of what moving up actually buys you: we start capturing the new accounts the day you add them, but they have no history behind them, so their first full report is the one at the end of the next reporting period. The accounts you were already watching are unaffected.
Ask. A profile count between two tiers, a different reporting rhythm, or a set of accounts split across several of your own clients are all normal requests.
You do not need to: nothing renews on its own. A monthly plan covers its month and ends there; a three or six month term runs to its end. If you want the service to carry on after the month, tell us and we set up automatic invoicing for each next month, which you can stop at any time by writing to info@victic.eu; it then ends with the month already paid for. Or choose the three or six month term for the lower price. Before any plan runs out, we let you know and offer to extend it for another period, so no data is lost.
You keep every report and every archive we have already delivered. We stop capturing, and the stored media is removed on our retention schedule.

Prices are per month. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Business customers elsewhere in the EU account for any VAT in their own country under the reverse charge.
